EASE-Z guarantees satisfaction with every product we sell. If you are not satisfied with any product ordered from EASE-Z, simply call to obtain a Return Authorization number. All pre-authorized returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee. Returns are only accepted with preauthorization and within 14 days from date of shipment at the discretion of EASE-Z. All shipping fees including but not limited to Handling, Customs and Duties fees are non-refundable. Return shipments are the sole expense and risk of purchaser. Please be sure to securely package all products so the products reach EASE-Z without damage.
